Our next all women 4WK Challenge begins Monday, September 23, 2019

Beginner’s Bootcamp Orientation is on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 10:00AM

Please wear fitness attire to orientation, bring water, pen, and paper for notes. No children please.

This 4 Week Fitness Girl Bootcamp package gives you access to the following:

  • Unlimited Sessions in our all women bootcamp-style training for the next 4 weeks.

  • 4 Week Start up Healthy menu, with grocery list and step by step instructions for each week

  • Weekly accountability

  • Instant access to the "Fitness Girl Bootcamp" private Facebook group, where you will connect with our coaches, as well as get support/encouragement from other women in the group throughout your 4 week journey!

  • Training sessions are 40 minutes. We have a very effective circuit training model, intense, short circuits, with light weight training which promotes fitness for women to stay in top shape while keeping our feminine physique.

  • Includes a pumpkin workout takes place in all bootcamp sessions on Saturday, October 26, 2019

7:05PM - 7:45PM (not taught on Friday evenings)


6:40AM - 7:20AM

7:30AM - 8:10AM

Failure of a participant to attend our Fitness Girl Bootcamp facilities after she has signed up to our 4 week package, does not relieve her from obligation to make payment. After signing up for the next 4 weeks, you are committing to use your Bootcamp training sessions in 4 consecutive weeks. There are no refunds for withdrawing early from your 4 week program. Fitness Girl Bootcamp urges all participants to obtain a physical examination from their physician prior to commencing any exercise program. In certain instances, your trainer may require a physician’s approval prior to beginning a training program.

NO CHILDREN ALLOWED: There are no children allowed at Fitness Girl Bootcamp. All participants must be 18 years old. If participant is under the age of 18 parental/guardian consent may be required.
