Book a coaching session with Fitness Girl Bootcamp Owner and Women Wellness Coach Marisol! At your appointment Marisol will be going over her 4 week meal plan step by step. She will share the best ways for you to start working towards your own fitness and weigh loss goals. 

Since our coaching session and meal plan workshop is only 1 hour long we can only taking 6 ladies per coaching session.  

How it works? 

  1. After you register we will be sending you an email with the location where our coaching meet up will be.
  2. When you come in for your appointment Marisol will weigh you, measure you, and give you a short questioner. Here we will be able to find out a little more about your personal lifestyle and how we can make minor adjustments to help you reach your fitness and weigh loss goals. 
  3. You will receive a copy of our meal plan, here we will be talking about our relationship with food. What has worked for you and what has not. We will go over each week in our 4 week meal plan as a group.  Each week comes with a grocery list for all of the meals for that week, and easy to follow instructions. 
  4.  Exercise! Here we will talk about the importance of having exercise in our lives, our relationship with Physical Fitness, any injuries that have stopped you from doing an exercise program in the past. You will also learn how you can start an exercise program on your own or how you can start a program in our All Woman Bootcamp Training Fitness Girl Bootcamp.
