What is Fitness Girl Bootcamp?
Fitness Girl Bootcamp is an all women's fitness studio in North Hills California (Northeast San Fernando Valley) started by Fitness Coach Marisol Rodriguez, originally of Burlesque Fitness.

Our Mission at Fitness Girl Bootcamp is to spread our passion for fitness by teaching the women in our community the fundamentals of fitness with fun, unique workouts, welcoming all levels of fitness (beginners, intermediate, and advanced.)
Each day we impact the lives of the women in our community through teaching them how to exercise, we teach them how to get to the next fitness level one workout at a time, one week at a time, one month at a time, one year at a time… we witness the women in our bootcamp become stronger and healthier version of themselves in only a few weeks of training.

What should I expect?
Fitness Girl Bootcamp offers all women bootcamp training with all women personal trainers. These training sessions are designed to help you start your fitness journey and personal transformation, change your eating habits, get your body moving, and feel excited about each workout.
All of our training sessions are designed by Marisol and taught by certified trainers who specialize in enhancing the female figure using a combination of low-impact strength training and intense cardio*. We take pride in our ALL women boot camps and community,
Unlike other programs or gyms, our goal is to:
Create a safe environment for women to be themselves
Create a community based on personal accountability (weigh-ins and challenges)
Support women in their journey through fitness and nutritional guidance
Help women develop self-love and confidence through fitness
Our sessions are an average of 35 - 40 minute intense training sessions focused on getting you maximum results. No two training sessions are alike. Sometimes, we will work out in teams, sometimes individually, but no matter the approach, you should expect to sweat, have fun, and be held accountable
Who should join?
Women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels! We have women ranging from 18 to 67 years of age. Whether your personal goal is to lose weight, tone your body, lower high blood pressure, lower cholesterol, fight diabetes, get stronger, have more stamina, or just built up your confidence, our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself!

"Fitness Girl Bootcamp" began as an idea in 2013 by Marisol Rodriguez, a mother of two, after teaching at various parks, gyms, studios, and parking lots throughout the San Fernando Valley. This all-women's fitness studio officially opened its doors in 2015 in Mission Hills, California, under the name "Burlesque Fitness Girl". Click on the image to see Marisol tell it in her own words.
